How to ask for photos without nagging
Four reminders, placed where people already look, beat one group chat message repeated eight times.

Every couple discovers the same thing about a week after the wedding: asking people for their photos is a part-time job. The trick is to stop asking afterwards and start asking during, in places people are already looking.
The four placements that work
- On the table card, where people look while waiting for food
- By the bar, where there is always a queue
- In the order of service, which everyone holds for an hour
- On the way out, next to the favours
That's four touchpoints without a single reminder text. Guests upload while they're standing around, which is exactly when they have their phone out anyway.
What not to do
Don't ask people to email you. Don't ask for a specific app. Don't ask them to remember a hashtag — hashtags scatter photos across platforms you don't control and lose them at whatever resolution the platform decides.
If it takes more than one tap, half the room won't do it.
